The large trolley type resistance furnace uses multiple microcomputer program automatic temperature control cabinets to divide the large trolley type resistance furnace into multiple zones with independent heat treatment process curves for high-precision automatic temperature control. Since the heating slope can be set arbitrarily, it is particularly suitable for the special process requirements of ultra-low heating rate of high manganese steel castings to achieve the best heat treatment process effect. With professional heating element design, combined with high-precision temperature control system, multi-stage heat treatment partition technology ensures the furnace temperature uniformity when heat treating large workpieces.

The furnace has less heat storage and heat dissipation loss, fast heating speed, and significant energy saving effect; the trolley and furnace door adopt a new sealing structure to ensure the good airtightness of the furnace.

The resistance belt is evenly distributed throughout the furnace to ensure the uniformity of temperature; the trolley has a simple structure, large transmission torque, stable and reliable operation; the control system has functions such as color display, record printing and fault alarm.

The furnace body has high rigidity and strength to ensure long-term use of the furnace.

The good airtightness of the furnace reduces heat loss.
